A little life update from me...
I’m excited to share that I’ll be making a gentle return to work from the end of June 2026.
I’ve had the most wonderful maternity leave and have loved every moment with our beautiful baby boy. Thank you so much for all of your kind messages and support while I’ve been away.
I’m really looking forward to getting back to creating beautiful flowers for you all. To begin with, I’ll be taking on a limited number of orders as I find my feet again.

Lucy’s Blooms is a studio-based florist in Duxford, South Cambridgeshire, creating beautiful, natural and thoughtfully designed flowers for all of life’s important moments.
From hand-tied bouquets and seasonal flowers to wedding flowers, funeral tributes and flowers for special occasions, each arrangement is created with care, creativity and plenty of attention to detail.
I love using beautiful seasonal flowers, interesting textures and natural foliage to create arrangements that feel relaxed, abundant and full of personality. Hello, I’m Lucy! Thank you for visiting Lucy’s Blooms. 💕
I grew up in the Cambridgeshire countryside, surrounded by gardens and a real love of growing things. I learnt a lot from my Mum, who is very green-fingered, and over the years I’ve become a keen gardener myself.
I’ve always loved growing and arranging flowers, and I’ve grown many of my own blooms over the years — including lots of dahlias for my own wedding. My husband and I also have an allotment, where we enjoy growing our own vegetables and, of course, plenty more beautiful dahlias!
After years of growing flowers and creating arrangements for friends and family, I decided to turn my love of flowers into a career and took the leap to retrain as a florist.
And so, Lucy’s Blooms was born. 🌸
I love creating natural, characterful floral designs using beautiful flowers, seasonal foliage and lots of different textures. Being able to work with flowers every day and create something meaningful for someone is a real privilege, and I feel very lucky to have turned something I love into my career.
